You must have a deposit of $9,000 and be able to make weekly payments of $550+ per week. You should have a good work history and strong desire to own your own home. 1.4     What do I do if I want to buy a house? Contact us for a Pre-Qualification package. After you have sent us a completed Pre-Qualification package, we will contact you and let you know next steps. 1.5     What areas does EZIHome sell houses in?
